1. Introduction and who we are

The Foodies Foundation (we or the Foodies Foundation) is a Trust that has been established to help Foodies (including Foodies Co-operative and Foodies Store employees and their families) in need. The Foodies Foundation is governed and administered by Trustees acting in accordance with a Trust Deed.

These terms and conditions apply to:

• the use of this Foodies Foundation website;
• the collection and use of any personal information by the Foodies Foundation;
• any donations you make to the Foodies Foundation; and
• any application for funding made to the Foodies Foundation.

2. Privacy

Any personal data or personal information you transmit to this site by electronic mail or otherwise (or which the Foodies Foundation otherwise collects from you), will be used by the Foodies Foundation in accordance with our Privacy Policy in section 9 below.

3. Making a donation

You can make a donation to the Foodies Foundation via this website and through other means notified or accepted by the Foodies Foundation.

Receipts for online one-off donations are provided via email once the payment has been processed.

Regular or on-going donation receipts will be issued by the Foodies Foundation to on-going donors after the end of each financial year.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

All transactions are processed in $NZ dollars.

One-off donations cannot be refunded (unless otherwise determined by the Foodies Foundation Trustees).

If you wish to cancel a regular or on-going donation you must contact us. We will process cancellation of on-going donations as soon as we reasonably can.

If you have made a donation you propose to withdraw or dispute, please contact us at the contact details set out in section 11 below.

6. Applying for funding from the Foodies Foundation

You can apply for funding to the Foodies Foundation via this website and through other means notified or accepted by the Foodies Foundation. Funding and eligibility criteria will be as determined by the Foodies Foundation Trustees from time to time.

7. Liability

The Foodies Foundation makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current. However, the Foodies Foundation does not accept liability for any losses or damage arising directly or indirectly from reliance on the content of this site.

References and links to other organisations or their websites are intended for the convenience of users, and do not constitute an endorsement (or any association of the Foodies Foundation with) any third party websites, organisations, or individuals.
